The weather has been a little rainy for the last few days. Mom and I spent the afternoon catching up on a little summer "reading".

All that wiggling, watching, swimming and eating can really tire a little girl out. This is me having my afternoon nap lakeside with a cool breeze ruffling my hair.....is there anything more relaxing?

A weekend of firsts

We got back from our little trip to Cowichan Lake (part 1). I had a lot of fun hanging out with the kids. This week was filled with many firsts........

Sweet Ride

So, as some of you already know, I got a new stroller. It's a sweet ride! Here is me striking a pose.

We are heading to the island for a few days so there won't be much action on the blog BUT there will be lots of fun photos to post when we return because we are going to Cowichan with all of our old friends. I am very excited!

In May, I got a new cousin, Malaiya. She's pretty cute--but that's MY dad!!

Dad took me for my first swim at the pool. I was actually more interested in the other babies than I was with the water, but I didn't cry! I think I was the best kicker in the class.

Time to say goodbye to my good friend bluey. You have served me well, but as you can see in this photo, I have finally figured out how to beat you......yes, I am still strapped in.......

Tropical Oasis

Hot, hot, hot. This weekend was warm in the big city. Luckily we always have a nice breeze off the water, like a tropical island! Time to try out my new swimming pool. Mom got in on the action too!
