Kamden invited us to stay at the lake for the long weekend.  Alayna & Maya joined us at the pool. Chloe loves the big red chair at Costco.  Rocky Point Ice Cream is Maxwell's favorite...ours too especially after a day at paddle camp!

Como Lake Relay

A few weeks ago, Sadie was third leg on her Como Lake relay team.  Each child ran 1.2 km around a small lake.  With hundreds of kids racing for each grade group from all the elementary schools in the area, it was a very energetic (aka loud) experience.  Sadie trained for 6 weeks and we were so proud of her and her teammates!

Vimy Ridge

Lured by the sound of bagpipes, we happened upon a lovely service and a re-creation of the trenches over at the Railway museum.  A history lesson and ice cream was a nice way to round out the weekend.

We finally got over to the BCSPCA to donate the money from our lemonade stand.  We were treated with bunny snuggles.
